The wife is before this Court seeking transfer of MC No.10/2020 which has been instituted by the husband before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Channagiri to the Court of the Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Bhadravathi.

The wife contends that she has a seven year old child

to take care of and has also filed an application for maintenance before Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Bhadravathi in Crl.Misc.No.28/2022, therefore it would be convenient for her to prosecute the proceedings at Bhadravati instead of Channagiri.

In view of the fact that the wife has a seven year old child to take care of and there is another matter pending in Bhadravati, it would be appropriate to withdraw MC No.10/2020 pending before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Channagiri and transfer the same to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Bhadravathi.

The Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Bhadravathi is directed to post MC No.10/2020 and also Crl.Misc.No.28/2022 filed by the wife for maintenance on the same day and decide the
