2. The memo reads as under:
“That the counsel for the Respondent/Accused No.04 is most respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble court that the respondent/Accused No.04 is on maternity leave therefore I undertaking that I will appear for Respondent/Accused No.04 and will file vakalath and Compliance affidavit within 3 weeks. Therefore, the counsel for the Respondent/Accused No.04 most humbly prayed before this Hon’ble Court may kindly take this memo on record in the interest of justice.”
3. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are closed.
The accused shall abide by the undertaking given to the court.
The failure to comply with the commitment will expose the
accused to the contempt proceedings again.
