complainants is on record but there is no representation either through video conferencing or present before the court physically.

This contempt proceedings has been initiated by

the complainants for non implementation of the order passed by the learned single Judge on the writ side in W.P.Nos.29156/2019, 29152/2019 and 29154/2019 dated 25.09.2021 as per Annexure-A. In the said writ petitions the learned single Judge had disposed of the writ petitions directing respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and inform the result of such consideration within three months in accordance with law.

Learned AGA for the accused – respondents submits that compliance affidavit has been filed on 23.01.2023. In para 3 of the said affidavit it is stated that the case of the complainants was considered and the

amount payable to the complainants has already been paid to the complainants as per the Approved Bill Report dated 20.01.2023. The entire amount has already been transferred to the account of the complainants. In support of the same documents as per Annexures-R1 and R2 has been produced.

In the meanwhile, counsel for the complainants has filed a memo stating that Respondent No.3 has complied the order dated 25.09.2021 passed by this Court. Accordingly, seeks for withdrawal of the complaint.
