Shri N.K.Ramesh, learned advocate for the accused has filed memo of compliance of even date stating that a total sum of Rs.1,06,95,840/- is deposited before this Court by way of two Demand Drafts both dated February 8, 2024 bearing Nos.887879 for Rs.90,00,000/- and 887856 for Rs.16,95,840/- drawn in favour of the Registrar General, High Court of Karnataka. He submitted that award will be passed in an outer limit of four months from today. His submission is placed on record. Memo of compliance be kept in record.

The Registrar General shall keep the said amount in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank for a minimum period with automatic renewal clause.

This CCC is closed with liberty to the complainants to seek release of the said amount kept in Fixed Deposit.

No costs.
