Learned counsel, namely, Sri Vijaya Shekara Gowda V., for the complainant is present before the Court physically. Similarly, learned GA, Sri Devaraj C.H., for proforma accused No.1.

Learned counsel, namely Sri Manu K., for accused Nos.2 and 3, is present before the Court physically and submits that he has filed detailed affidavit along with Annexure-A i.e. a copy of endorsement dated 06.11.2021.

However, keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the accused so also having gone through the contents of the compliance affidavit and the endorsement issued by the Competent Authority dated 06.11.2021 vide Annexure-A produced therein, it is deemed appropriate to state that there is no consequence to persuade the contempt petition in further.
