“(i) The petitioner is given opportunity to give appropriate representation with al the relevant particulars along with certified copy of this order to both respondent No.3 and Jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records(ADLR) within a period of two weeks from today.
(ii) After receipt of the said representation and certified copy of this order, the respondent No.3-Tahasildar and jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records (ADLR) shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take appropriate decision within a period of four months thereafter.”
