Learned Senior Advocate Mr. P.S. Rajagopal, in
course of the hearing, seeks permission to withdraw the
present contempt petition, further stating that the complainant would opt to file an appropriate application before the Court concerned under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, as may be applicable.
Reserving such liberty, however, without expressing
any opinion on the merits of such recourse as well as the merits of the subject matter involved, the present contempt proceedings are disposed of as withdrawn.
