ORDER
The complainant in the instant contempt petition is
alleging contempt of the order passed by this Court on 21.10.2021. The contempt petition is filed on 20.02.2024, which is beyond a period of one year from the date of the order and it is barred by limitation, as per Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
For that reason, the contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
