the said date. After filing the said application, the petitioner has filed additional compliance affidavit, in which he has stated that on the basis of the compliance affidavit filed by his predecessor and on the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant that the order of the Tribunal has been complied with, the contempt petition may be closed and accordingly, the Tribunal closed the contempt proceedings vide order 23rd June, 2023. On the basis of the application filed by the complainant seeking for recalling the order dated 23rd June, 2023, the Tribunal allowed the said application and has restored the original contempt application. Further it is submitted that payment of interest for terminal leave encashment of Rs.14,78,176/- has not been fully complied as interest for sum of Rs.8,21,211/- out of Rs.14,78,176/- has not been considered for calculation of interest and hence the interest of Rs.2,08,039/- has not been paid to him.
