This public interest litigation has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the resolution passed by the President of Halaguru Village Panchayat to lay the pipeline in the Government land adjacent to the village.
the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and the pipeline has already been laid. He therefore,
