The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 20.3.2021 passed in Dispute No.7/2020-21 whereunder, the application for stay of the petitioner was rejected.

2. It is forthcoming that the dispute raised by the

petitioners is pending before the first respondent for the past two years.

In view of the aforementioned, it is expedient

that the writ petition be disposed of by directing the first respondent to conclude the proceedings in the dispute raised by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four months from today. The direction is issued having regard to the undertaking of the petitioners that they shall co-operate with the first respondent in the expeditious disposal of the same without

taking any unnecessary adjournment.
