ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the registration of Crime No.150/2019 on the file of the 45th ACMM, Bangalore City.
Learned counsel Mr. Mohamad Tahir submits that he has entered appearance for the petitioner and states that the Jurisdictional Police have filed a charge sheet and therefore,

seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.
In view of the aforesaid submission, petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge
the charge sheet in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
