ORDER
The petitioners are before this seeking the following
prayer:
"WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to take such action which will be necessary to ensure the furnishing the statement of accounts mentioned in the schedule hereunder from the

date of opening of the account till the date of issue of the statement by the 1st respondent bank to the petitioners and alternatively direct the 1st respondent to furnish the statement of accounts as prayed for by the petitioners, in the interest of Justice."
the petitioners, Sri. Prakash Hegde, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and have perused the material available on record.
