The learned counsel for the respondent-University has filed a memo and has placed on record the valuation slip and statement of marks and placing reliance on these documents, she would contend that the captioned petition has become infructuous. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the prayers sought for in the instant case are all dealt with by the University. Submission is placed on record.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
