Heard learned counsel appearing for the 4^th respondent.

In terms of order dated 07.12.2023, this Court has directed the counsel for the 4^th respondent to produce the order of appointment of respondent No.4 as Anganwadi Worker to Hanamasagar Anganwadi Centre, Sector No.15.

Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a memo along with the order dated 04.03.2014, wherein the 4^th respondent has questioned the provisional list appointing the 4^th respondent as Anganwadi Worker. However, final order appointing 4^th respondent as Anganwadi Worker, which is now produced before this Court is not questioned.

Learned counsel for the 4^th respondent has also produced one more order dated 08.06.2017, wherein the petitioner is promoted as Anganwadi Worker. Referring to these circumstances, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for consideration as the petitioner has not questioned the final order dated 04.03.2014. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
