He contends that the respondent No.2 is one of the accused in Crime No.30/2020 on the basis of an information lodged by Manjunath on 09.03.2020, who is arraigned as accused No.4 in the present case. He further submits that the respondent No.2 had earlier lodged Crime No.189/2017 on 16.12.2017 against Madhukumar, Murali (petitioner No.2 herein), Girish, Manjunath (accused No.4 herein), Jaipal, Narayanaswamy for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 149 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
