The petitioner claims to have been granted with stage carriage permit and the application filed by him for refixation Of the timings was rejected by the authority concerned. Against which, he filed an appeal before the Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.312/2019. The Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal by order dated 25.03.2021 allowed the appeal and set aside the order passed by the respondent and remanded the matter to the respondent to reconsider the application submitted by the petitioner afresh within a period of 9 weeks from the date of the order. The petitioner's grievance is that the respondent has not taken any effective steps for disposal of the appeal.

Learned AGA on instructions submits that the

application will be disposed of in accordance with law, if reasonable time is granted.

The said submission is placed on record.

Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the petition

directing the respondent to reconsider the request of the

petitioner for refixation of the timings in light of the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by the Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.312/2019 within a period of three months
