Petitioner who has been granted with stage carriage permit, submitted an application under Section 80(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, for variation of conditions of permit. Petitioner's grievance is that respondent without any reasonable cause has not considered the said application.

Learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if reasonable time is granted.

Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent to consider the application dated 20.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-A and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, after notifying the petitioner.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
