reads as under:
"I undersigned counsel craves the leave of the Hon'ble Court to withdrawn the above writ petition, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, dated 6.10.2023. In pursuance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in commercial appeal No.126/2023 dated 19.07.2023. In view of the same it is prayed that this Hon'ble all the contention may be kindly be kept open in interest of justice and equity."
