THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE IMPUGNED FINAL NOTIFICATION DTD 18.06.2014 ISSUED BY THE R-4 AS PER ANNX-A TO THE W.P. IN SO FAR AS SERIAL NO. 1142 IN THE FINAL NOTIFICATION IS CONCERNED IN SO FAR AS THE LANDS BELONGING TO THE PETITIONER IS CONCERNED.
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN B GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Petitioner is knocking at the doors of Writ Court laying a challenge to the acquisition of the land pursuant to the Final Notification dated 18.06.2014, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-A to the extent the same comprises his land.
of the kind and therefore, Petitioner be relegated to this forum for working out his grievance. They also submits

that in several such other matters, the litigants of the kind have been relegated as well to the aforementioned forum. Learned Sr. Panel Counsel assures that from his client’s side also there will be cooperation before the said Committee.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed off, all contention having been kept open.
It hardly needs to be stated that till the Committee decides the matter, Petitioner’s possession over the subject property shall not be disturbed if already possession is not taken.
No costs.
