order in Writ Petition No.47747/2018 wherein the validity of Section 4(3) of the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 2011 ('the Act' for short), has been discussed in detail and appropriate order has been passed.

In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.47747/2018 dated 19.01.2021 wherein the validity of Section 4(3) of the Act has been considered and appropriate order has been passed, this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
