ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed off as having been
withdrawn as having become infructuous in terms of the Memo dated 05.01.2023 which reads as under:
“The petitioner above name most respectfully submits that she has filed the above writ petition against the respondent for not allotting the suitable physically available site. After filing of the above writ petition, the respondent has allotted the Site No.B6SL-5363 in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, Survey No.177, Bhemana Kuppe Village measuring 9 X 12 Mtrs. As such, the above petition become infructuous and the petitioner wants to withdraw the above petition. Hence this memo.”
