This writ petition is filed for quashing order dated 27.04.2016 (Annexure-D), passed by Civil Judge & JMFC., Gubbi, in Ex.No.13/2013.
Learned counsel on both side submitted that Execution petition no.13/2013 out of which present writ petition arises is disposed of on 02.03.2021. Therefore, writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In that view of matter, writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
