THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
The Writ Petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn as having become infructuous in terms of Memo dated 24.03.2023 which reads as under:
“That, the Petitioner in the above matter has challenged the notice issued by the Respondent Bank i.e., Possession which the Petitioner has been advised to file petition. Since the respondent took possession of the property Petitioner preferred for onetime settlement and the matter has been settled between the parties.
Hence this writ petitioner would not survive further it will become infructuous.
WHEREFORE , the Petitioner craves leave of this Hon’ble Court Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition to meet the ends of justice.”
