Petitioner is before this Court calling in question the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2023 pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, D.K., Mangaluru registered for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985.
