JAIRAJ vs. THE BANAGLORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY disposed off by this Court vide judgment dated 02.01.2023, wherein denial of conveyance on the ground of non-payment of amount in terms of Rule 13 of the Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of Sites) Rules, 1984 has been upheld.
