The captioned writ petition is filed assailing the suspension of students vide impugned orders as per Annexures-A to F.

passed by the Principal of the Government College indicating that the impugned orders under challenge are withdrawn. The said order is taken on record.

If the orders under challenge are withdrawn at the instance of the Principal of the Government College, the captioned writ petition does not survive for

consideration.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
