loan form the Sri Kalikamba Souharda Sahakari Niyamita, respondent No.2 is however failed to repay the said loan, as such proceedings were initiated

against the petitioner who was the guarantor to the said loan, the petitioner submitted a representation on 13.11.2022 which has not been considered by respondent No.1 till date. It is aggrieved by the same the petitioner is seeking for the aforesaid reliefs.
