This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider representation dated 22.04.2019, wherein the 1st petitioner is requesting for the 2nd petitioner to be appointed on compassionate grounds.

It is the contention of the 1st petitioner that the father of the 2nd petitioner passed away on 13.03.2018 while in service and the 2nd petitioner possesses the necessary qualification to be appointed on compassionate grounds, and that his case comes within the parameters of the scheme of the Bank.

In view of the above, in my view, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent - Bank to consider the request of the petitioners for appointing the 2nd petitioner on compassionate grounds.
