ORDER
Though the matter is listed for Preliminary Hearing,
with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is taken up for final disposal.
Annexures-A and B, representations dated 03.05.2022 and 10.11.2022 respectively. In the representations, the petitioners requested fourth respondent-Tahasildar to sub divide the land i.e., to effect Phodi in respect of Sy.No.26/1 measuring 1 acre 7 guntas, situated at Avalahalli village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate on
the other hand submits that in terms of Government Order
dated 15.10.2022 issued by the Revenue Department, every citizen is required to make application for effecting Phodi and for any other revenue entries, through online. It is submitted that if the petitioners make application through online, the same would be considered and appropriate order would be passed.

application. If the petitioners make online application, I am sure the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the above, writ petition stands disposed of.
