would submit that suit of the petitioners/plaintiffs is one for partition of plaintiffs’ legitimate share over total land acquisition compensation and for direction to defendant No.8 to deposit the entire land acquisition compensation in Civil Court until disposal of the suit. During the course of trial, the petitioners/plaintiffs filed IA under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC to amend the plaint to substitute the name of the defendant No.4 instead of “Veeraiah” to that of “Veeeranna” and also the age as “82 years” in place of “65 years”.
