The petitioner has filed an affidavit drawing up a timeline by which the outstanding amount would be cleared and also submits that an amount of Rs.5/- lakhs would be deposited immediately to the Bank.

Learned counsel for the respondent – Bank submits that if the entire amount is paid within 20.03.2023, it would enure to the benefit of the respondent – Bank.

The petitioner in the affidavit has sought four weeks time to clear all the dues. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to adhere to the timeline indicated in the affidavit.

The petitioner is directed to make payment of Rs.5/lakhs of the outstanding amount within 20.03.2023, as undertaken to pay before this Court and clear all the outstanding amount within four weeks from today as indicated

in the affidavit. The respondent – Bank shall hand over the keys of the office premises immediately. In the event, the petitioner fails to adhere to the timeline, the respondent – Bank is at liberty to take possession of the property, even with the help of the jurisdictional police.
