substantially similar to the one in W.P.No.21379/2022 between SRI. SALAGIRIGOWDA & OTHERS vs. THE STATE OF KARNATAKA & OTHERS disposed off by this Court vide

judgment dated 31.01.2023 and therefore, the relief granted to the litigant in the same needs to be extended to the litigants in this Petition as well, argues the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
