The petitioner filed this petition to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to enable the petitioner to file the application through online or offline seeking for NOC as per the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Issue of No Objection Certificate and Control) Rules, 2022.

Learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents submits that if the petitioner submits the application through online, the respondents will consider the application and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
