The captioned writ petition is filed seeking following

reliefs:

"a) Quash the order dated 24.07.2012 bearing No.ED 27 MAHITI 2012 (Bhaaga 1) passed by the respondent No.1 vide Annexure-D;

b) Quash the order dated 25.11.2013 bearing No.Pa.Pu.Shi.C-3/SV/037/Bha.Aa.Ka.Po.2013-14 of the respondent No.4 vide Annexure-E;

c) Consequential relief or any other appropriate order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity."

In the light of order passed in W.P.No.13834/2018 and the subsequent notification dated 18.06.2014 reducing the minimum percentage of linguistic minority students to 25%, the captioned petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, disposed of .
