ORDER
Sri. Sharath S Gowda, the learned counsel for
the petitioners, submits that after the institution of this petition, the petitioners are issued with endorsement informing them that their request is rejected and the seniority list for the post of ‘Senior Technician’ is also published. The petitioners will have to call in question the aforesaid seniority list, and as such, this petition may be disposed of with just liberties.
With these submissions being accepted, the petition stands disposed of with liberty as aforesaid but subject to all just exceptions.
All the pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
