ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo for
withdrawal stating that by virtue of interim order dated 02.02.2023, the petitioner was allowed to appear in the 4th year MBBS examinations held in the month of February 2023. The petitioner's results were announced vide interim order dated 28.03.2023. The respondentuniversity has by itself allowed the petitioner to appear in the 4th year examinations of July 2023. The petitioner having appeared in the examination, the respondent-
university has announced the results of examinations on 08.08.2023. The petitioner has not been able to clear all
the subjects in the examination and will take up the supplementary examinations to be conducted by the 4th respondent in January-February 2024 and the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and prays to withdraw the
writ petition.
