5. Learned counsel for the Petitoenr submits that
the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous and accordingly the same be disposed off.
Even otherwise, the Writ Petition suffers the Peremptory
Order dated 03.03.2023 which reads as under:
“Office objections overruled.
Learned AGA is requested to accept notice for the 1st respondent.
WP No. 2519 of 2022
Learned Panel Counsel Sri.C.Ramakrishna is requested to accept notice for respondent Nos.2 & 3.
Petitioner to furnish copy of the petition along with all the documents and learned Panel Counsel appearing for the KIADB and file acknowledgement in the Registry within ten days failing which petition stands rejected.”
