ORDER
The petitioners who are the plaintiffs before the trial
Court have sought for grant of an ex-parte temporary injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the plaintiffs' Management of the Trust and Wisdom English School and its affairs, till disposal of the suit.
Various contentions have been raised.
pleaded by the petitioners, the trial Court to permit service
of summons through all permissible mode including through Special Bailiff as well as the jurisdictional police. Upon appearance of the defendants, the application to be disposed off expeditiously.
