Whereas learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating the petitioners may be permitted to withdrawn the petition as not pressed, since the Karnataka Land grabbing Prohibition Special Court – II has held that the impugned order is abated.
The memo is placed on record. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
