The prayer in the writ petition has become
infructuous by virtue of the fact that the elections that were scheduled to be held on 01.02.2020 has been held and the interim prayer made by the petitioner was rejected by order dated 31.01.2020.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed
of as the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.
