ORDER
The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to non-
consideration of his Representation dated 01.09.2021, a
copy whereof avails at Annexure-J, wherein he has sought
for the allotment of a part of the land in acquisition in lieu
of compensation payable therefor, keeping in view the Government order dated 23.02.2021 (Annexure-H).

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed off. Time for compliance is three months. All contentions are kept open.
It is open to the answering Respondents to solicit any information/documents from the side of Petitioner for due consideration of Petitioner’s Representation subject to the rider that in the guise of such solicitation, delay shall not be brooked.
Costs made easy.
