submitted that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- was deposited on 09.03.2023, in compliance of the directions issued by this Court. However, the other sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rs.Four Lakhs only) was not deposited. It was submitted that the said amount would also be deposited. The interim order was accordingly extended.
No information is forthcoming at the hands of the petitioner, regarding the compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
