In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has made a claim for accommodating him as a Kannada Language Teacher in any of the Schools managed by respondent No.2-Society. In this regard, the petitioner has approached the respondent No.2 by way of representations dated 13.10.2022 and 18.10.2022, (Annexures-F and G) and same have not been considered by the respondent No.2-Society.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the above representations, respondent No.2-Society is directed to consider the representations referred to above
