Learned counsel Sri K.R.Srinivasa for the petitioner is present before the Court physically inclusive of learned HCGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and learned Spl.Counsel Sri Venkatesh S.Arabatti for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
Whereas this writ petition is filed seeking quashing of the impugned report No.Complaint/Uplok/BD/1859/2017/Univi-4

dated 09.10.2020 issued respondent No.3 as per Annexure-A and Government Order dated 19.4.2021 as per Annexure-B and Articles of charge dated 14.7.2021 as per Annexure-C by urging various grounds.
However, counsel for the petitioner submits that even though this writ petition is filed by urging various grounds, but the proceedings initiated against the petitioner is disposed of. Consequently, there is no substance to persuade this writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
Keeping in view the submission of counsel for the
petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
