and the Appellate Authority holding on to the appeal without pronouncing the order for 26 months cannot be countenanced. Therefore, the Appellate Authority shall within thee weeks from
the date of receipt of the copy of this order pronounce the orders in the appeal that is reserved for its orders on 31.12.2020, if not earlier. The petitioner is entitled and shall be furnished every document that he has sought for in his application under Right to Information Act.
