ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.4 to 6 to issue 11-E sketch pertaining to lands bearing Sy.No.47/11 to an extent of 01 acre 13 ¾ guntas and Sy.No.48/4 to an extent of 3 ¼ guntas of Holerahalli, Vijayapura Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District as requested by the petitioners vide Annexures-'D' and 'E' dated 27.06.2022 within a time frame.
Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, vide registered sale deed dated 27.02.2019. Pursuant to the said registered sale deed, the revenue records were mutated in the name of the petitioners as per M.R.No.H14/2018-19.

The revenue records were entered in the name of the petitioners and they have filed applications dated 27.06.2022 seeking prayer to issue 11-E sketch relating to both the survey numbers.

respondents are required to act on the applications submitted by the petitioner in time bound manner. Hence, it would be appropriate to issue direction to respondent No.5 to consider the petitioners' applications dated 27.06.2022 in accordance with law and take decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
