Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The petitioner has filed a memo seeking disposal of the writ petition having stated that, the respondent No.8 and Smt Umadevi had filed appeal in RSA No.330/2016 before this court and the parties to the appeal have entered into comprise and accordingly, it is stated in the memo that, the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the comprised arrived at between the parties in RSA No.330 of 2016.
Accepting the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties in RSA No.330 of 2016.
