The subject matter of this Writ Petition is identical to the one in W.P.No.5582/2023 between SMT.TARA N vs. THE BENGALURU DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY , disposed off by this court on 13.03.2023, denying relief to a litigant is of the same kind, especially when the prescribed period for the payment of site value having expired long ago.
In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed off. A copy of judgment in Smt. TARA Case shall be furnished to the petitioner.
