ORDER
Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 06.01.2022 which
reads as under:
“The petitioner above named filed above petition for quashing the acquisition proceedings of the Respondent- Authorities and this Hon’ble court granted the status-quo order. In view of representation dated 1803-2022, the Respondent Authorities issued the letter dated 21-12-2022 for allotting the industrial site No.237p to the extent of 003 Acres developed plot situated in 1st Phase,

Vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area, subject to withdrawal the above Writ Petition. The copy of the said letter is herewith produced for kind perusal of this Hon’ble court. Hence, the above Petition may be dismissed as withdrawal in the interest of justice and equity.”
In terms of the Memo, the Writ Petition is disposed
off as having been withdrawn after noting that the Letter
dated 21.12.2022 does not avail in the records.
